Terms for Walls by HYP

By using Walls by HYP you agree to these terms. The app is distributed through Google Play, and purchases are processed by Google Play Billing.

Coins

Coins are used only in this app to unlock wallpapers. They have no function outside the app.
Coins do not expire.
Coins have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money.
Coins are non-transferable between accounts.
Coins are granted only after the purchase is verified by the app's server.

Coins unlock a wallpaper permanently for the account that was signed in at the time of the unlock.
Unlocked wallpapers can be applied again at any time on any device you sign in to with that account.
An unlocked wallpaper never needs to be bought again.

Refunds requested through Google Play reverse the coins granted by the refunded purchase.
A refund can make your coin balance negative.
While your balance is negative, you cannot unlock new wallpapers until the balance is positive again.
Wallpapers already unlocked remain applied, but new unlocks are blocked until the balance recovers.

Wallpapers are either public-domain works (for example The Met Open Access and NASA images, credited on each wallpaper) or works licensed to the app by living artists. You may apply them on your devices through the app.
You may not extract, redistribute, resell, or claim ownership of wallpaper files.
Once a wallpaper is applied as your device wallpaper, it is part of your home or lock screen. Be aware that it can be captured by a screenshot of the launcher and that rooted devices can extract system content. The app is designed to prevent casual extraction, not to provide DRM.
